Terms and conditions
The general terms and conditions described below are intended to define and govern the terms and conditions for the execution of the photography services of Chaï MINGAUD within the framework of his activity within Studio UKIYO.
They also include its prerogatives in terms of copyright, the conditions of cancellation, and the nature of the contractual obligation that binds the service provider to its client.
Any order will constitute acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).
Photographic services
Chaï MINGAUD's scope of intervention includes the provision of services and the supply of goods, via the provision of photos on digital or printed media.
If the customer is an individual, the provisions of the Consumer Code apply. If the photo order is made by a company, the rules published by the Commercial Code should be applied.
Every order will give rise to a contract specifying the service provided, the prices and payment terms, and the delivery times.
To be considered valid, the contract must be signed by both parties and accompanied by payment, by check and/or bank transfer, of all or part of the order amount.
Payment by check: Make payable to Chaï MINGAUD
Payment by bank transfer: IBAN FR76 1807 9313 9702 2513 1884 011 – BIC CCDFFRPPXXX
In accordance with the Hamon Law and Article L221-5 of the French Consumer Code, online customers generally have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to withdraw from the contract. However, for photography services, this right of withdrawal does not apply if the photo session has already taken place before the end of the 14-day period at the customer's request.
As a photographer, Chaï MINGAUD has the copyright to his works and can require his client to include his name or that of Studio UKIYO if the photo is made public, published and/or shared on social networks.

To be considered valid, the order form must be signed by the customer and accompanied by payment, by check and/or bank transfer, of the total amount of the order.
